The Role

This is a unique opportunity to step into a senior enterprise-level role shaping and uplifting testing capability across a large-scale, complex environment. You will play a key role in driving best-practice test automation, improving quality outcomes, and enabling faster, more reliable delivery across multiple systems and platforms.

Your duties will include:

  • Designing and delivering an enterprise-wide test automation capability, including frameworks, strategy, and standards
  • Leading tool selection, configuration, and implementation across testing environments
  • Establishing and enhancing test and defect metrics using Power BI and integrated data sources
  • Overseeing administration and optimisation of testing and defect management tools
  • Conducting proof of concept initiatives and validating solutions across projects
  • Providing knowledge transfer and guidance to delivery teams to embed best practices

Skills and Experience we are looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Test Architect with a strong focus on automation, tooling, and metrics
  • Experience delivering within large-scale, mission-critical systems across cloud and enterprise environments
  • Strong hands-on experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, ALM, and Power BI
  • Expertise across multiple automation tools such as Selenium, Tosca, UFT, Cucumber, Postman, or TestComplete
  • Understanding of testing maturity frameworks such as CMMi or TMMi
  • Ability to define strategy, influence stakeholders, and uplift testing capability at an enterprise level
