Test Analyst - Payroll & HR Systems

We’re looking for an experienced Test Analyst to join a major enterprise technology uplift, supporting a large-scale Payroll and HR systems upgrade. This is a long-term contract offering stability, complex systems, and meaningful impact across a business-critical platform.

You’ll be embedded in a delivery team working across ADP, Oracle and HCM platforms, helping ensure a smooth transition through rigorous testing, validation, and stakeholder collaboration.

What you’ll be doing

Delivering end-to-end testing across payroll and HR system upgrades
Creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts
Validating integrations between ADP, Oracle and HCM systems
Performing system, integration and UAT support testing
Identifying, logging and managing defects through to resolution
Working closely with business SMEs, vendors and delivery teams
Ensuring data accuracy, compliance and payroll integrity throughout the upgrade

What we’re looking for

Proven experience as a Test Analyst on enterprise applications
Strong background testing Payroll and/or HR systems
Hands-on experience with ADP, Oracle, HCM (or similar platforms)
Solid understanding of end-to-end payroll processes
Strong documentation and defect management skills
Confident communicator who can engage with both technical and business stakeholders
Experience working in large transformation or upgrade programs is highly desirable
