Test Analyst - Payroll & HR Systems
We’re looking for an experienced Test Analyst to join a major enterprise technology uplift, supporting a large-scale Payroll and HR systems upgrade. This is a long-term contract offering stability, complex systems, and meaningful impact across a business-critical platform.
You’ll be embedded in a delivery team working across ADP, Oracle and HCM platforms, helping ensure a smooth transition through rigorous testing, validation, and stakeholder collaboration.
What you’ll be doing
- Delivering end-to-end testing across payroll and HR system upgrades
- Creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Validating integrations between ADP, Oracle and HCM systems
- Performing system, integration and UAT support testing
- Identifying, logging and managing defects through to resolution
- Working closely with business SMEs, vendors and delivery teams
- Ensuring data accuracy, compliance and payroll integrity throughout the upgrade
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a Test Analyst on enterprise applications
- Strong background testing Payroll and/or HR systems
- Hands-on experience with ADP, Oracle, HCM (or similar platforms)
- Solid understanding of end-to-end payroll processes
- Strong documentation and defect management skills
- Confident communicator who can engage with both technical and business stakeholders
- Experience working in large transformation or upgrade programs is highly desirable
