The Role

Are you a skilled Test Analyst with a passion for delivering quality outcomes in ICT projects? This is your opportunity to contribute to a high-impact initiative that supports Australians with significant and permanent disabilities. Join a dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring the success of critical digital tools and systems.

Your duties will include:

  • Planning, preparing, and delivering testing across various testing lifecycles, including End-to-End, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Build Verification Testing (BVT).
  • Producing reports, interpreting data, and analysing results using standard statistical techniques.
  • Supporting data quality monitoring and assisting in developing reporting structures.
  • Preparing and reviewing test strategies, plans, scripts, and coverage matrices.
  • Engaging with stakeholders to support UAT and BVT activities.
  • Translating technical information into clear, concise communication for diverse audiences.

Skills and Experience we are looking for:

  • Proven ability to analyse requirements and provide test case traceability.
  • Thorough understanding of test phases, test types, and defect management processes.
  • Strong communication skills to drive test outcomes with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience working within Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Exposure to test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright) and frameworks (e.g., Cucumber).
  • Familiarity with test management tools such as X-Ray, JIRA, or ALM.
