Job Summary / Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Specialist to support a major ERP transformation program, including delivery of multiple high-value and complex procurement activities for a prestigious WA client. This role will work across the full procurement lifecycle and partner closely with program teams, business stakeholders, consultants and contract specialists to deliver successful sourcing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of sourcing activities for ERP program work packages
  • Develop and lead procurement strategies for complex RFx processes
  • Create sourcing strategies, commercial models and evaluation frameworks
  • Partner with program, legal and contracts teams to define requirements and manage risk
  • Support commercial negotiations including pricing, SLAs, delivery models and contractual terms
  • Assist with contract establishment and vendor management activities
  • Ensure governance, probity and compliance requirements are maintained throughout procurement activities
  • Provide input into bid release, evaluation and recommendation processes

Required Qualifications / Skills

  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end technology procurement activities including complex RFPs
  • Experience working on large-scale transformation programs
  • Experience engaging with system integrators, consulting firms and managed service providers
  • Contract management knowledge
  • ERP and SAP S/4HANA procurement experience
  • Governance and compliance focus
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
