Talent International, a leading Australian recruitment firm, has been engaged by our long-standing client, a leading entertainment organisation. We are seeking an experienced Technology Risk & Assurance Manager to join its Group Risk function.

Role Title: Technology Risk & Assurance Manager

Opportunity: Permanent Career Opportunity

Location + WFH Flexibility: Sydney CBD (3 days in the office)

Role Details:

• Lead Line 2 assurance across technology risk, cyber security and key technology controls.
• Review technology architecture, systems and controls to determine whether risks are being managed effectively.
• Work with senior Technology and Risk stakeholders, presenting findings and representing the Assurance function.
• Provide practical advice and challenge, while keeping reviews focused on the agreed scope and regulatory priorities.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong experience across Technology Risk, IT Audit, Cyber Risk or Technology Assurance.
• Strong technical understanding, ideally including exposure to code, systems architecture and technology controls.
• Ability to question technical environments beyond policies and high-level control descriptions.
• Strong stakeholder management, report writing and presentation skills.
• Broader advisory experience beyond completing assurance reviews would be highly regarded.
• Experience with gaming systems or within a regulated organisation would be advantageous.
