About The Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Technology Project Manager to deliver a portfolio of small-to-medium technology projects across SaaS, COTS and digital platforms. You’ll be responsible for managing multiple projects at once, coordinating internal technology teams, business stakeholders and external vendors to deliver successful outcomes. From planning and delivery through to go-live and transition into support, you’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and ready for operational handover.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple concurrent technology projects
  • Deliver SaaS, COTS and enterprise application implementations
  • Coordinate vendors, system integrators and cross-functional technology teams
  • Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, risks and dependencies
  • Oversee configuration, integration, testing, deployment and transition into BAU support
  • Drive operational readiness, go-live planning and service transition
  • Manage vendor delivery against Statements of Work (SOWs) and commercial agreements
  • Provide project reporting, forecasting and stakeholder communication

About You:

  • Proven experience delivering multiple IT or digital projects simultaneously
  • Strong background in SaaS, COTS or enterprise application delivery
  • Experience managing third-party vendors and implementation partners
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of the full project delivery lifecycle
  • Experience working across Architecture, Infrastructure, Security and Service Operations is highly regarded
