Technology Program Lead (Contract – 2 Days per Week)

Location: Rydalmere, NSW (2 days onsite per week)
Contract: Initial contract with strong potential for extension

About the Role

We are seeking a senior Technology Program Lead to provide executive-level oversight across several business-critical technology transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for an experienced technology leader who can engage with senior stakeholders, oversee complex programs and provide governance across ERP, CRM and integration projects.

This is a strategic leadership position rather than a hands-on technical role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple technology transformation initiatives.
  • Provide governance across ERP, CRM and integration programs.
  • Review project plans, identify risks and improve delivery outcomes.
  • Oversee technology vendors and internal technical teams.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to drive successful program delivery.
  • Support technology team integration and future technology planning.

About You

You will bring:

  • Extensive experience leading enterprise technology transformation programs.
  • Essential: Previous consulting or advisory experience, with the ability to quickly assess complex environments and provide strategic guidance.
  • Strong ERP implementation or integration experience.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Strong governance, risk management and delivery assurance experience.
  • The technical capability to review delivery plans and challenge technical approaches without being hands-on.
  • The confidence, credibility and professionalism to influence senior leaders and deliver difficult messages when required.
