About the Role
The role is responsible for coordinating and delivering corporate reporting and performance analysis across a technology division. It involves producing quarterly reports, developing strategic documentation, and ensuring consistency across enterprise reporting. The position works closely with senior stakeholders, program teams and assurance functions in a complex, regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and produce CTEO divisional reporting, including quarterly and executive reports
- Analyse qualitative and quantitative performance data against corporate and strategic outcomes
- Develop clear, coherent executive-level narratives aligned with broader corporate reporting
- Support development and maintenance of strategic documents (e.g. corporate plans, strategy maps)
- Coordinate and actively seek inputs from multiple stakeholders across technology, assurance, and operations
- Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, compliance, and timeliness
Skills and Experience
- Strong experience in executive, committee, or corporate reporting roles
- Proven ability to analyse data and translate it into clear, concise narratives
- Excellent written communication skills with an executive audience focus
- Experience working in large, complex, or regulated organisations
- Confidently engaging with senior leaders and managing multiple contributors
- Background in technology, assurance, governance, or risk reporting is advantageous
- Experience in safety, critical, infrastructure, aviation, utilities, or government environments (Desirable)
- Exposure to technology governance, assurance, or systems engineering contexts (Desirable)
- Advanced reporting or dashboarding experience (Desirable)
