A fantastic opportunity for a Technical Writer & Process Analyst to support the development and implementation of documentation and process standards within a leading maritime defence project. This role suits someone passionate about clarity, compliance, and continuous improvement in the context of large-scale defence programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality technical documentation in line with Defence Writing Guide
  • Translate complex engineering and program information into readable process documents
  • Map current-state processes and propose future-state improvements
  • Work with SMEs to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of artefacts
  • Drive consistent document standards across teams and project stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Experience authoring within Defence programs (CASG/SPO/Prime preferred)
  • Understanding of capability lifecycle, process re-engineering, and continuous improvement methods
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Active NV1 Security Clearance (mandatory)
  • Must be based in Sydney
