Our Client
Our client is a key Federal Government agency with high-level responsibility for overseeing the development and administration of policies, programs, initiatives and technology that ensure the health and welfare of the Australian population. Working closely with other agencies within their portfolio, our client is undertaking a number of significant ICT projects to enable the development and provision of a range of services for Australians.
About The Project
Our client is in the process of strategizing a business-led ‘transformation and uplift’ program from SAP ECC6 to SAP S4 HANA and supporting technologies. Current strategic planning activities will progress into ICT architectural design activities during 2024-25, followed-on by implementation activities through 2025-26.
About The Role
Our ideal candidates will help assist with the development of all ERP system artefacts during discovery, preparation, explore, realise, deploy and run phase/s.
Key Responsibilities Of The Position:
- Develop detailed database of reference materials, including research, usability tests, and design specifications.
- Develop comprehensive documentation that meets self-service standards for the department and escalation requirements for Tier 1 service delivery
- Evaluate current content and develop innovative methods for improvement to meet specified standards
Other Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrated technical writing experience on a large complex ERP implementation and/or upgrade project.
- Demonstrated technical writing experience in one or more value streams under the SAP HR or Finance modules which include: human resources, finance, procurement, travel & expense management, enquire to resolve.
- Other technical domain knowledge which includes infrastructure, network, applications, security, other.
