Technical Support Officer
Initial 3-Month Contract plus

Talent International is working in partnership with a large organisation to assist in sourcing a Technical Support Officer to provide high-quality second-level technical support for hardware, software, print devices, mobile devices, complex audio-visual equipment and other supported systems and infrastructure.
Key Criteria:
- Minimum of 5 year’s experience in a similar role supporting IT hardware, complex audiovisual equipment, software and mobile devices in an enterprise organisation with more than 2000 users.
- Relevant tertiary and technical qualifications and/or currently undertaking certification in a Microsoft discipline ie MCSE, MCSA, MOS or MTA.
- Proven experience with modern Microsoft systems (SCCM, Intune, Active Directory, Windows 11, O365, MS Teams), ServiceNow, and Crestron A/V equipment.
- High level interpersonal, written and oral communication skills for working with staff to resolve technical issues and deliver quality customer service.
