Talent International is working with a leading commercial organisation in the Aviation industry, seeking a Technical Lead – Infrastructure Architect to join a significant HR and Payroll Transformation program. This is a pivotal role in leading infrastructure architecture design and ensuring successful delivery of technical outcomes across the transformation lifecycle.

As the Infrastructure Technical Lead, you will provide technical leadership in the design, implementation, and cutover of enterprise-level infrastructure solutions, with a strong focus on Cisco networking, AWS cloud services, data backup/storage, and End User Compute (EUC). You will also drive the transition-to-support documentation and ensure the infrastructure is secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Infrastructure Architecture Design across HR/Payroll systems and supporting platforms.

  • Deliver cutover planning and execution activities in collaboration with project and operational teams.

  • Produce detailed transition-to-support documentation to ensure seamless handover to BAU support teams.

  • Engage stakeholders to capture infrastructure requirements aligned with HR/Payroll transformation goals.

  • Design and manage Cisco network infrastructure (routers, switches, VPNs, firewalls) ensuring performance and security.

  • Architect and implement scalable AWS Cloud Infrastructure, ensuring cost-effectiveness and best practices.

  • Design and maintain secure and compliant data backup and storage solutions.

  • Lead the implementation of modern EUC environments, improving endpoint management and application delivery.

  • Champion security, compliance, and risk mitigation across all infrastructure components.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HRIS, IT Operations, Security, and Payroll SMEs.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Proven experience in Infrastructure Architecture within enterprise transformation programs, preferably in HR/Payroll domains.

  • Demonstrated technical leadership in large-scale infrastructure design and implementation.

  • Expertise in Cisco networking, AWS, backup/storage, and EUC technologies.

  • Strong understanding of cutover planning, go-live readiness, and operational readiness activities.

  • Exceptional skills in creating architecture documentation and operational support materials.

  • Experience working in hybrid project environments (on-premises and cloud).

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
