About the Role

We’re partnering with a growing technology consultancy to find a Technical Delivery Lead for a high-profile enterprise client. As one of the first technical hires in their Australian team, you’ll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact – helping establish the local presence while leading the delivery of large-scale cloud and software initiatives.

This is a client-facing leadership role where you’ll work closely with senior business and technology stakeholders, providing technical direction and coordinating delivery across local and global engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the local technical lead for a major enterprise client.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders.
  • Lead delivery across local and offshore engineering teams.
  • Provide technical guidance across TypeScript, Node.js, and GCP.
  • Translate business priorities into technical delivery plans.
  • Manage delivery risks and drive successful project outcomes.

About You

  • 5+ years experience as a Technical Lead, Engineering Lead, or Technical Delivery Lead.
  • Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and GCP.
  • Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and lead technical discussions.
  • Experience coordinating distributed engineering teams.
  • Comfortable working 4 days per week on-site in Sydney CBD.
