Technical Delivery Lead Coordinator
An opportunity is available for an experienced Technical Delivery Lead Coordinator to drive the delivery of multiple ICT initiatives within a complex, fast-paced environment. This role will see you coordinating end-to-end delivery across application transitions, data migrations, and technical implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the delivery of multiple ICT projects from planning through to implementation
- Manage application transitions into a new operating environment, including impacts to functionality, security, and user experience
- Lead and support data migrations and software deployments
- Plan and execute technical cutovers
- Ensure projects are delivered to agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality
- Work within an agile delivery framework (e.g. sprints)
- Engage and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders across multiple teams
- Support project governance, reporting, and documentation requirements
About You
- Proven experience delivering software deployment and data migration projects
- Hands-on experience with M365 migrations using BitTitan MigrationWiz (Teams, Exchange, OneDrive)
- Strong understanding of networking and connected device configuration
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Desirable Experience
- Microsoft Project
- End user computing, software asset management, or information security knowledge
- Experience across both public and private sector environments
