
Technical Business analyst- Telephony/ Cisco
Our client is currently on the lookout for a Technical Business analyst with Telephony/ Cisco experience to join their growing team. This project is within the Customer domain and will support an upgrade to Corporate Technology Platform.
Key Requirements
- 8-10 years as a Business Analyst with strong technical understanding
- Demonstrated and strong technical skills in respect to telephony solutions
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems based on analysis and investigation
- Strong core business analysis skillset from running workshops to producing documentation
- Ability to lead analysis of the workplace application by building strong relationships with the business owners and vendors
- Understanding of testing applications – you will work with a technical engineer
- Strong understanding and appreciation of Change Management
- Good knowledge of product offerings from carrier services along with enterprise connectivity solutions
- A high level of understanding of complex IT environments
