Our client is currently on the lookout for a Technical Business analyst with Telephony/ Cisco experience to join their growing team. This project is within the Customer domain and will support an upgrade to Corporate Technology Platform.

Key Requirements

  • 8-10 years as a Business Analyst with strong technical understanding
  • Demonstrated and strong technical skills in respect to telephony solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems based on analysis and investigation
  • Strong core business analysis skillset from running workshops to producing documentation
  • Ability to lead analysis of the workplace application by building strong relationships with the business owners and vendors
  • Understanding of testing applications – you will work with a technical engineer
  • Strong understanding and appreciation of Change Management
  • Good knowledge of product offerings from carrier services along with enterprise connectivity solutions
  • A high level of understanding of complex IT environments
