The Role:

We’re looking for a Business Systems Analyst – MarTech to join a collaborative team that’s focused on building technology solutions that really make a difference. In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders, engineers, and product teams to understand business needs, capture requirements, and help design systems that are scalable and future-ready. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting marketing technology with business outcomes and making an impact across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse business and user needs to define system scope and objectives.
  • Lead workshops and discovery sessions to gather, clarify, and refine requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with software engineers and contribute to technical design and test planning.
  • Drive business process improvement initiatives to enhance operational outcomes.
  • Lead the implementation of new systems and software, identifying constraints and recommending practical solutions.
  • Support users through application roll outs and system enhancements.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members.
  • Contribute to special projects and cross-functional initiatives.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a technical analyst role.
  • Experience within the MarTech domain and an understanding of marketing principles.
  • Experience working in Agile environments, with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Proven ability to lead workshops and facilitate effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
  • An undergraduate degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience (preferred).
  • A strong interest in technology and solving complex problems.
