Our client is seeking a Business Analyst who has a blend of coding and BA to join their team in the Melbourne CBD. This is an exciting opportunity to make use of your blended skill set in a permanent full-time capacity with a global organisation.

THE ROLE:

  • Lead the discovery, scoping, and design of voice solution implementations for warehouse and distribution clients – this is your primary focus
  • Support the delivery of RFID and software (communication and collaboration) solutions as part of the broader portfolio
  • Analyse existing warehouse and supply chain workflows to identify where voice, RFID, or software tools will deliver the greatest impact
  • Customise and troubleshoot solution components using C# and Python
  • Translate business requirements into clear, actionable project documentation including process maps, user stories, and user manuals
  • Collaborate with sales teams to support pre-sales engagements, demonstrations, and solution proposals
  • Act as the key liaison between clients, project managers, and technical teams throughout the implementation lifecycle
  • Contribute to the growth of our solutions practice, including building playbooks, sharing knowledge, and identifying new opportunities

WHO YOU ARE

  • A seasoned Business Analyst with a minimum of 10 years
  • Proven experience in workflow analysis and process improvement within warehouse or DC operations
  • Proficient in C# and Python, with practical experience developing or customising software in a solutions delivery context
  • Strong communicator – able to engage confidently with operational staff on the floor and executive stakeholders alike
  • A practical problem-solver with attention to detail and a genuine drive for continuous improvement
  • Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects across different solution types in a fast-paced, growing business
  • Willing to travel domestically (and occasionally internationally) to support client engagements

BONUS EXPERIENCE

  • Hands-on experience with voice solutions such as Honeywell Vocollect, Zebra, or similar platforms
  • Exposure to RFID technology in a warehousing or supply chain context
  • Familiarity with workforce communication or collaboration software tools
  • Understanding of logistics operations and consultative selling experience is highly desirable.
