As a Senior BA you will be working on delivering digital pieces of work that comes out from strategy meetings.
We are looking for a solid Senior Technical BA – write user acceptance stories, create acceptance plans. Experience converting business requirements to technical specifications that the developers/Architect can pick up and run with.

What you’ll be doing

  • Translating strategy into clear, actionable delivery
  • Writing high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Creating acceptance plans and supporting delivery through to testing
  • Engaging with stakeholders to unpack requirements and shape solutions
  • Working closely with Solution Architects, Tech Leads, and Testers
  • Navigating evolving priorities in a fast-moving environment

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst
  • Strong experience working across CRM platforms (Salesforce highly desirable)
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements developers can action
  • Confident stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Solid experience working in Agile environments
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and shifting priorities
  • Strong listening skills, able to connect the dots and bring clarity
