Technical Business Analyst

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst to play a key role in a major transformation initiative, supporting our Solution Architect in transitioning from a PaaS-based VMS and on-premise services to NetApp cloud-based solutions.

This is a highly technical, stakeholder-facing role where you’ll define requirements, ensure alignment across teams, and work closely with external vendors to validate delivery against expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Solution Architect to define and document detailed technical and business requirements
  • Support the transition from legacy PaaS/IaaS environments to modern cloud-based virtualisation platforms
  • Work closely with vendors to monitor delivery and ensure solutions are implemented as intended
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams, stakeholders, and service providers
  • Contribute to data management and security requirements within a cloud-first environment

Skills & Experience

  • Strong understanding of virtualisation and cloud storage solutions, particularly modern (post-VMS) technologies
  • Deep knowledge of platforming and transitioning from PaaS/IaaS to cloud-based virtualisation
  • Proven experience working with or for technology service providers/vendors
  • Strong technical BA capability with experience in complex transformation programs
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based virtualisation transitions highly regarded
  • Familiarity with NetApp and Microsoft Azure environments preferred
