Technical Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst to play a key role in a critical identity transformation initiative.

You will work closely with our Solution Architect and external vendors to define and deliver requirements for transitioning Salesforce Identity and permissions management from Entra and Salesforce into Okta.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Solution Architects, vendors, and stakeholders to define and document detailed business and technical requirements
  • Lead the analysis and mapping of current-state identity and access management processes across Salesforce, Entra, and Okta
  • Define future-state IAM frameworks, with a focus on permissions, roles, and access governance
  • Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements
  • Support the design and implementation of role-based access controls (RBAC) across systems
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder engagement, and requirement validation sessions
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives, security standards, and technical solutions

Skills & Experience

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce permissions management (profiles, permission sets, roles)
  • Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts and frameworks
  • Proven experience working on identity transformation or migration projects
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work across technical and business teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Okta implementations or integrations – highly desirable
