Client: Global Consultuncy for Leading Financial Services Organisation
Project: Replatforming Project
Location: Sydney
Work Type: Hybrid – 3 days in office
Rate: $750-$825/day including super
Start/End Dates: July 2025 – April 2026 (with likely extension)

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Tech Business Analyst to support a major replatforming initiative within a leading financial services organisation. You’ll play a key role in defining and delivering technical and functional business requirements, working across multiple squads to support transformation and delivery success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead workshops and document requirements for transitioning TrustX from Doan

  • Maintain accurate tracking and updates in Rally

  • Support RTEs and Execution Managers with capacity planning and scheduling

  • Provide leadership in team decision-making and problem-solving

  • Assist with ad hoc analysis and support tasks as required

Key Skills & Experience

  • Mandatory: Technical Business Analysis, REST API, Microservices

  • Expertise in Business Process Analysis tools

  • Advanced proficiency in Business Process Design

  • Intermediate skills in Requirements Analysis and Business Model Strategy

  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Agile delivery experience preferred
