Talent Advisor
We are seeking multiple Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Consultants to join one of our highly regarded state government clients on an initial 6-12-month contract basis. You will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier, managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate sourcing to onboarding.
Role responsibilities:
- Consults with business leaders to identify talent needs and plan recruitment campaigns.
- Guides Talent Support Advisors for efficient recruitment services
- Prepares and distributes employment-related documentation.
- Advises on talent acquisition strategies.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate pre-employment checks
- Assist with onboarding processes
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices to continually enhance recruitment strategies and deliver exceptional results.
Skills and experience
- Demonstrated experience in end to end recruitment within a Human Resources environment (experience within Government highly desired).
- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, including sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working with either TechOne, RAMS or Ascender highly regarded
