About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Tableau Report Developer with a strong understanding of Oracle SQL to design, build, and maintain unique, high-quality reports and dashboards for well-known player in the Energy sector.
You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into insightful, reliable reporting solutions that support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys building robust reports and be comfortable working in a faced paced environment as part of an IT/OT Innovation Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau
  • Write, optimise, and maintain SQL queries against Oracle databases
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define reporting needs
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across all reporting solutions
  • Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
  • Document report logic, data sources, and business definitions
  • Support ongoing enhancements and continuous improvement of reporting platforms

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience developing reports for enterprise organisations
  • Strong hands-on experience with Tableau (Desktop and Server/Cloud)
  • Solid experience querying Oracle databases
  • Advanced SQL skills (performance tuning experience highly regarded)
  • Experience working in a an IT/ OT environment is highly beneficia;
  • Strong understanding of data modelling and reporting best practices
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
