Opportunity Knocks:
We are looking for an IT Systems Engineer to join our client and become apart of their expanding Business Technology functions. This position is technical and hands on, focusing on the support and administration of a wide range of IT environments, including physical and virtual workstations, network systems, server infrastructure (both on-site and cloud-based), as well as modern serverless technologies.

About you:

  • 3 + years of experience in engineering
  • Strong expertise in supporting and maintaining IT infrastructure in both on-premises and cloud-based environments.
  • Knowledge of IT service operations, ITIL principles, and user support best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms e.g AWS, Azure
  • Skilled in managing a wide spectrum of IT systems, including hardware, software, network services, SaaS application, cloud platforms (IaaS), and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively.
