Location: Seven Hills, NSW – Onsite, 5 days/week

Salary: $110k + Super (Negotiable depending on experience)

Are you a hands-on System Administrator looking for a varied role in a collaborative IT team? The business is operations-focused, supporting high-volume, fast-paced industries with practical, on-the-ground safety and security products.

What You’ll Be Doing:

This is a generalist role with a great mix of day-to-day IT support and long-term project work (50/50 split). You will join a hardworking team of 3.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting users and managing helpdesk tickets
  • Maintaining and supporting servers (Hyper-V, Veeam backups)
  • Overseeing security tools and processes (Mimecast, Fortinet firewalls)
  • Assisting with an ongoing Azure migration
  • Managing devices with Intune and testing endpoint patching solutions
  • Working with network infrastructure and scripting when needed (PowerShell, light web/policy scripting)
  • Acting as a backup for the existing SysAdmin
    *Note: Firewalls are managed externally-just need to understand, not configure.

What They’re Looking For

We’re after someone with solid hands-on experience and a strong in-house background.

Must-haves:

  • 3+ years in a System Admin or Infrastructure Support role
  • Strong Windows Server knowledge (Hyper-V, Veeam, backups)
  • Exposure to Azure, Office 365, Intune
  • Some scripting knowledge is a bonus (PowerShell ideal)
  • Comfortable working onsite full-time (flex for personal matters available)
