- Manage test activities using JIRA and maintain documentation and evidence in SharePoint.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive test reports, highlighting issues, coverage, risks, and recommendations.
- Conduct defect triage and participate in release readiness reviews and quality gate assessments.
- Present testing outcomes and defects in stakeholder workshops and forums in a clear and structured manner.
- Work independently to manage test planning, execution, reporting, and follow-ups without the need for close supervision.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve integration testing processes and suggest quality improvements.
Key Skills and Experience Required:
- 5+ years of experience in system integration testing, preferably within the energy or utilities sector.
- Hands-on experience testing billing systems, especially Gentrack Velocity (highly desirable).

- Familiarity with SharePoint for documentation and collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Desirable Attributes:
- Experience in Agile or hybrid project environments.
- ISTQB Certification or equivalent (desirable but not essential).
