About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Defence Supply Chain Data Entry Lead (ERP) to support critical supply chain and procurement operations within the Defence Maritime domain. This role is key to ensuring accurate cataloguing, codification, and inventory management within ERP systems, helping maintain operational readiness and compliance.
As the Supply Chain Data Entry Lead, you will coordinate cataloguing and codification activities for goods under contract, engage with suppliers and Commonwealth stakeholders to validate specifications, manage obsolescence, and ensure accurate data entry into ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate supplier and Commonwealth stakeholder engagement regarding stock brought on charge and continued use of goods.

Engage with suppliers to ensure correct material is supplied/delivered in line with IOQS and specifications.

Plan and manage data entry (cataloguing) of goods into ERP systems.

Administer codification and obsolescence processes, including review and analysis.

Administer cataloguing requests for items of supply and create ERP orders to enable delivery and receipting into inventory.

Catalog goods listed under contract in ERP.

Liaise with relevant Defence stakeholders and suppliers to source and validate supporting data.

Create and maintain NSN & NCAGE codes.
Essential Requirements:

Experience with Defence logistics systems.

Proficiency in SAP ERP Warehousing, Inventory, Materiel Data Functions, and Purchasing Officer roles (SAP/S4 HANA).

Demonstrated experience in Defence supply chain operations.

Proven ability to manage multiple cataloguing and codification activities simultaneously.
