SuccessFactors Support Analyst (November Start)

Our client, a leading organisation in the aviation sector, is seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Support Analyst to join their team on a 12-month contract starting 1st November.

This role will be responsible for delivering technical and functional support across multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules. You will work closely with business stakeholders, HR teams, and IT to ensure data accuracy, integration stability, and ongoing configuration of key modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Cloud for Customer, and Employee Central Service Center.

Please note: Only candidates who are able to commit to the November 1st start date will be considered for this role.


Key Responsibilities:

Module Support & Troubleshooting

  • Provide day-to-day support for EC, PMGM, Learning, C4C, and ECSC modules.

  • Troubleshoot user access, workflow issues, content assignments, and data inconsistencies.

  • Manage service requests and incident tickets via ServiceNow.

System Configuration & Administration

  • Configure templates, workflows, RBP, and performance cycles (goal plans, forms, routing maps).

  • Support ECSC ticketing workflows and system integration with SAP.

Integration & Data Management

  • Monitor integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP ECC.

  • Resolve data issues related to user sync, qualifications, and business emails.

  • Validate learning history, performance data, and user records across systems.

Release Management & Testing

  • Review and assess bi-annual SuccessFactors release notes.

  • Coordinate and execute unit, regression, and post-deployment testing.

  • Share impact assessments and provide stakeholder training as needed.

Stakeholder Engagement & Continuous Improvement

  • Gather business requirements and propose system improvements.

  • Support ongoing optimisation of HR processes through SuccessFactors.

  • Deliver training and knowledge transfer to HR, support, and admin teams.

Compliance, Reporting & Governance

  • Ensure compliance with audit requirements, privacy laws, and internal security standards.

  • Produce audit logs, reporting dashboards, and maintain system documentation.

Vendor & Escalation Coordination

  • Liaise with SAP, AMS partners, and internal IT to resolve escalations, manage patches, and support release cycles.


Essential Criteria:

  1. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Modules (EC, PMGM, Learning, C4C, ECSC) – Demonstrated hands-on experience supporting and configuring relevant modules.

  2. System Configuration and Integration – Proven ability to manage RBP, workflows, and integrations with SAP ECC.

  3. Release Management and Testing – Experience in reviewing release notes, coordinating testing, and supporting system updates.

  4. Reporting and Data Validation – Skilled in generating reports, ensuring data integrity, and supporting audits.

  5. Stakeholder Communication – Strong engagement skills with HR and business teams; training and documentation experience.

  6. Compliance Knowledge – Understanding of GDPR, role-based access, and internal audit standards.
