Solution Architect - Insurance / Claims Transformation

A leading Australian insurer is undertaking a large-scale claims transformation program, focused on modernising its claims platforms, integration architecture and overall customer outcomes.

They are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to play a key role in shaping end-to-end solutions across claims systems, integration layers, and downstream platforms within a complex enterprise environment.

You will join a well-established architecture function and work across a high-profile, in-flight transformation, partnering closely with both business and technology stakeholders to deliver practical, scalable solutions.

To be successful in this role you will need:

* Strong Solution Architecture experience within large, complex enterprise environments
* Proven experience in insurance (commercial or general), ideally within claims-focused transformation programs
* Experience delivering core system modernisation (legacy → modern platforms)
* Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions
* Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, evolving environment
* Knowledge of integration patterns (APIs, event-driven architecture, etc.)
* Experience with Guidewire highly desirable
* Interest or exposure to AI-driven solutions is a bonus

This is a Sydney-based role where you will be required to be in the office at least two – three days per week.
