Key Responsibilities
- Partner with sales teams to identify, qualify, and develop infrastructure opportunities
- Design and implement enterprise storage, backup, disaster recovery, and data center solutions
- Deliver technical presentations, workshops, and solution recommendations to customers and stakeholders
- Provide post-sales consulting, implementation services, and ongoing operational support
- Develop technical documentation, best practices, and reusable solution assets
- Build and maintain relationships with technology vendors and strategic partners
- Mentor technical team members and provide architectural leadership
- Stay current on emerging technologies through training and certification programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure, storage, backup, or data protection solutions
- Strong customer-facing, presentation, and consulting skills
- Experience in systems integration, managed services, or technology consulting environments
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
