Solution Architect
2 x Architect Roles – Defence Project (Contract)
We are hiring for two senior architecture roles on a Defence-related project.
Location: Australia
Contract: 3 months + 12 month extension
Environment: Defence / secure (above OFFICIAL)
Must have: Active NV1 security clearance
Role 1: Solution Architect
Looking for an experienced Solution Architect to lead design across complex systems and platforms.
Key skills:
- 10+ years Solution Architecture experience
- Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF, DoDAF, etc.)
- Cloud (Azure, AWS, GovCloud)
- Systems integration (C4ISR, ICT platforms, secure networks)
- Microservices, APIs, Kubernetes/OpenShift
- Data & infrastructure architecture
- Strong knowledge of ISM & DSPF
- Experience designing in secure environments
Role 2: Security Architect
Seeking a Security Architect to design and assure secure solutions in classified environments.
Key skills:
- 10+ years in Security Architecture / Engineering
- Experience in classified / Defence environments
- Secure system design (segmentation, enclaves, cross-domain)
- IAM architecture
- Strong knowledge of ISM & DSPF
- Defence assessment & authorisation processes
Both roles require:
- Active NV1 clearance (mandatory)
- Experience in Defence or highly secure environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to provide architectural guidance and assurance
