Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance enterprise digital platforms and customer-facing applications.
• Build new features and capabilities using modern front-end technologies.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Contribute to a product-focused culture that values innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Support platform reliability, security, and operational excellence.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to DevSecOps practices.
• Provide support during critical project phases and occasional after-hours activities when required.

Skills & Experience

Essential

• Strong commercial experience with:
  • React.js
  • Next.js
  • TypeScript
• Experience developing:
  • Single Page Applications (SPA)
  • Server-side rendered applications
  • Routing, state management, authentication, feature flags, forms, and validation frameworks
• Strong understanding of:
  • HTML5
  • CSS frameworks
  • Responsive design principles
  • UI libraries and design systems
• Experience integrating REST and/or GraphQL APIs.
• Test automation experience including:
  • Unit testing
  • Integration testing
  • End-to-end testing
• Strong experience with:
  • GitHub
  • Jira
  • Confluence
  • CI/CD pipelines

Desirable

• Backend development experience using:
  • Java (Spring Boot)
  • Node.js
  • RESTful APIs and Microservices
• Experience with AWS cloud technologies.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and containerised deployments.
• Familiarity with GitHub Actions and deployment automation.
• Experience working in secure, highly available enterprise environments.
