Social Media Coordinator

This role is responsible for developing and delivering social media marketing activities across corporate social channels. It supports brand health, digital community growth and consistent customer experiences aligned to brand and customer strategies.

  • Immediate availability to commence from 27th January
  • Contract to June 2026 with hybrid work environment on offer
  • Based in Balcatta(Free parking) with one day per week in Leederville(Paid parking only)

Key Responsibilities

  • Devise and optimise social media strategy aligned to brand and customer objectives
  • Lead planning, production and publishing of multimedia content across channels
  • Manage amplification, measurement and optimisation of social content
  • Build and maintain corporate social media channels and platforms
  • Manage social media management tools and advertising accounts
  • Oversee user access permissions and ad billing processes

Required Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in marketing, digital or communications
  • Considerable experience in social media marketing and community management

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong experience across major social platforms
  • Experience with social media management and monitoring tools
  • Paid social planning, buying and monitoring experience
  • Strong copy writing, proofreading and editing skills
  • Stakeholder management across varied organisational levels
  • Basic to intermediate design skills using digital design tools
