The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge ICT solutions that make a real difference. As a Senior Automation Test Engineer, you will lead the development and implementation of test automation strategies, ensuring the delivery of high-quality technology solutions across a range of platforms, including cloud-hosted systems, mobile applications, and CRM portals.

Your duties will include:

  • Evaluating and recommending test automation technologies and strategies.
  • Designing and implementing automation frameworks for backend and UI components, with a focus on accessibility.
  • Establishing standards for test code and automation coding principles.
  • Supporting in-sprint delivery of automated tests to meet acceptance criteria.
  • Overseeing the continuous improvement of automation testing practices.
  • Managing risks and issues related to automated testing.

Skills and Experience we are looking for:

  • Expert technical proficiency in automation testing, test frameworks, and CI/CD tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with a proactive, “can-do” attitude.
  • A Bachelor’s or higher degree in Engineering, Computing Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a senior automation testing role.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for accessible design and development, with enthusiasm for driving quality through testing and automation.
