Our client is looking for an experienced Sitecore Consultant to join its growing Digital Experience team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering and enhancing modern, headless digital experiences using the latest Sitecore XM Cloud technologies.
Working alongside product owners, developers, architects and UX specialists, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing and supporting scalable, high-performing digital solutions that deliver exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

As the Sitecore Consultant, you’ll provide technical expertise across the full software development lifecycle, contributing to the design, implementation and continuous improvement of enterprise digital platforms. You’ll work in a collaborative Agile environment, helping shape future digital capabilities while leveraging modern headless architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Sitecore XM Cloud solutions using headless architecture.
• Build responsive, reusable user interfaces with React and Next.js.
• Develop GraphQL queries and integrate enterprise APIs to deliver dynamic digital experiences.
• Configure and optimise Sitecore JSS, Experience Edge and related technologies.
• Collaborate with solution architects, designers, developers and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
• Implement personalisation, analytics and A/B testing capabilities.
• Optimise application performance, accessibility, SEO and Core Web Vitals.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and contribute to DevOps best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across both CMS and front-end applications.
• Stay current with emerging Sitecore technologies and industry best practices.

About You

You’ll be a passionate developer with strong experience delivering enterprise web solutions and a genuine interest in modern digital experience platforms.
You’ll bring:

• Demonstrated experience developing with Sitecore XM Cloud, Sitecore JSS or other modern Sitecore platforms.
• Strong commercial experience with React, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Experience working with GraphQL and REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of headless CMS architecture and composable digital experience platforms.
• Experience with responsive web development and modern front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3 and SASS/LESS.
• Exposure to Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD tooling.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within Agile delivery teams.

Highly Regarded

• Experience with Sitecore Personalize and Sitecore CDP.
• Azure Cloud experience.
• Knowledge of server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG).
• Experience optimising enterprise websites for SEO and performance.
