Site Reliability Engineer – Windows
We’re currently looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (Windows) to join a high-performing technology team supporting large-scale Microsoft environments.
This role is focused on improving the reliability, performance and security of enterprise systems, with a strong emphasis on automation, monitoring and continuous improvement across modern Microsoft platforms.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain and improve the reliability and availability of Microsoft services including M365, Entra ID, Intune and Windows Server.

Develop and implement automation and tooling to support continuous integration and delivery.

Manage identity and access across Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA and Privileged Identity Management.

Respond to and troubleshoot incidents and system issues, identifying root causes and implementing long-term fixes.

Support and maintain Intune device management, Autopilot deployments, configuration profiles and compliance policies.

Implement and optimise monitoring and alerting across hybrid environments.

Document processes, procedures and system configurations.
Skills & Experience
-
Strong experience supporting enterprise Windows environments.

Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Windows Server.

Strong PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
-
Experience implementing monitoring, alerting and reliability improvements.

Strong troubleshooting and performance optimisation skills.
-
Experience working across large, multi-site infrastructure environments.
Nice to Have
-
Experience working in DevOps environments with CI/CD pipelines.

Knowledge of security hardening, vulnerability management or log management.

Experience supporting high availability or load-balanced environments.
