Site Reliability Engineer – Windows

We’re currently looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (Windows) to join a high-performing technology team supporting large-scale Microsoft environments.

This role is focused on improving the reliability, performance and security of enterprise systems, with a strong emphasis on automation, monitoring and continuous improvement across modern Microsoft platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and improve the reliability and availability of Microsoft services including M365, Entra ID, Intune and Windows Server.

  • Develop and implement automation and tooling to support continuous integration and delivery.

  • Manage identity and access across Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA and Privileged Identity Management.

  • Respond to and troubleshoot incidents and system issues, identifying root causes and implementing long-term fixes.

  • Support and maintain Intune device management, Autopilot deployments, configuration profiles and compliance policies.

  • Implement and optimise monitoring and alerting across hybrid environments.

  • Document processes, procedures and system configurations.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience supporting enterprise Windows environments.

  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Windows Server.

  • Strong PowerShell scripting and automation experience.

  • Experience implementing monitoring, alerting and reliability improvements.

  • Strong troubleshooting and performance optimisation skills.

  • Experience working across large, multi-site infrastructure environments.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in DevOps environments with CI/CD pipelines.

  • Knowledge of security hardening, vulnerability management or log management.

  • Experience supporting high availability or load-balanced environments.
