SharePoint Support Officer

- Provide Level 1 and 2 Support for SharePoint
We’re seeking a SharePoint Support Officer to provide professional, timely support across our SharePoint environments, including SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2013, helping staff get the most out of our digital workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2013
- Resolving issues, bugs, and user-reported problems
- Supporting and developing workflows and forms
- Providing user training and troubleshooting support
- Contributing to SharePoint governance processes
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience Level 1 and 2 support for SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint 2013 environments
- Strong understanding of SharePoint administration, permissions, workflows, and forms
- Competence with frontend web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve system issues
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
