Position Overview
Support SharePoint OnPrem Workflow and resolve Issues.
Migrate SharePoint Applications from SharePoint OnPrem to SharePoint OnLine.

Key Skills and Experience
* SharePoint: Strong understanding of both SharePoint On-Prem & SharePoint Online architectural and deployment nuances (specifically version 2016).
* Workflows: Experience working with SharePoint 2013, 2010 Workflows & Power Automate.
* Migration Experience: Strong experience migrating custom on-prem SharePoint 2016 applications to SharePoint Online with demonstratable case studies (available for reference checks).

Desirable Skills/Experience
* Experience with Visual Studio, SharePoint Designer, ShareGate, Power BI and other Power Platform tools & technologies.
* Proficiency in troubleshooting and solving complex SharePoint on-prem issues (specifically issues related to SharePoint 2016 custom apps and Workflows).
