  • Validate user roles, access controls, and security settings, including negative testing scenarios.
  • Manage the defect lifecycle: logging, triage, prioritization, retesting, and reporting, working closely with development and business teams.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), including scripting, scheduling, defect management, and obtaining sign-off.
  • Contribute to establishing and maintaining testing standards, reusable assets, and quality assurance practices to ensure ongoing test capability.

Key Criteria:

  • Proven experience as a Test Analyst within ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, or similar enterprise SaaS platforms.
  • Strong skills in test planning, case design, execution, and reporting across various testing types.
  • Experience testing system integrations and validating data flows between multiple systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or similar accreditation.
  • Experience with regression testing of platform upgrades.
  • Knowledge of access controls and handling sensitive data securely.
  • Experience validating reporting outputs and data pipelines.
  • Prior experience in government or large, complex organizations.
  • Relevant degree or certifications in IT or related fields, or equivalent experience.
