
ServiceNow Technical Lead

For our client, we’re hiring a ServiceNow Technical Lead/Architect to lead the implementation of IT Operations Management (ITOM) and Telecommunications Service Operations Management (TSOM) solutions.
This customer-side role is critical to ensuring the successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives, technical standards, and operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end solution design for ITOM and TSOM in ServiceNow.
- Define integration architecture across systems and vendors.
- Validate partner deliverables against internal standards.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align on goals.
- Mentor project team members and promote ServiceNow best practices.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong background in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and TSOM.
- Deep understanding of Change Management and integration patterns.
- Experience working on large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
