For our client, we’re hiring a ServiceNow Technical Lead/Architect to lead the implementation of IT Operations Management (ITOM) and Telecommunications Service Operations Management (TSOM) solutions.

This customer-side role is critical to ensuring the successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives, technical standards, and operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end solution design for ITOM and TSOM in ServiceNow.
  • Define integration architecture across systems and vendors.
  • Validate partner deliverables against internal standards.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align on goals.
  • Mentor project team members and promote ServiceNow best practices.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong background in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and TSOM.
  • Deep understanding of Change Management and integration patterns.
  • Experience working on large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
