ServiceNow Platform Lead (EL1) | ITSM Modernisation & Multi-Vendor Governance
- Location: ACT / NSW / QLD (Hybrid)

About the position:
This EL1 ServiceNow Platform Lead role sits within a national digital health environment undergoing ITSM maturity uplift and service integration reform.
This is not a pure ServiceNow administration role. It is a platform leadership position accountable for operational stability, roadmap alignment, vendor performance, governance integrity, and continuous improvement across Official Sensitive and Protected environments.
You will lead both the technical evolution of the ServiceNow platform, and the organisational uplift required to support a modern SIAM-aligned operating model.
What you’ll do:
- Lead operational and project oversight of ServiceNow platform instances (Official Sensitive & Protected)
- Drive ITSM uplift aligned to ITIL v4 and modern service integration practices
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, licensing, and service provider collaboration
- Establish governance, reporting, and architectural documentation standards for the platform
What we are looking for:
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise ServiceNow platforms beyond pure administration
- Strong ITSM expertise aligned to ITIL v4 frameworks
- Experience managing vendors, licensing models, and multi-provider environments
- Confidence operating at EL1-equivalent level with governance and executive visibility
