The Role: The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for designing, building, and enhancing enterprise workflows on the ServiceNow platform to support IT, risk, and corporate services. This role focuses on scalable, secure, and upgrade-safe development within a highly governed, enterprise environment.

The Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions including workflows, scripts, business rules, and custom applications
  • Enhance and support core ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and GRC
  • Build and maintain integrations with internal and third-party enterprise systems using APIs and MID Servers
  • Ensure platform solutions align with security, governance, and audit requirements
  • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and technical teams to deliver high-quality outcomes

Skills & Experience Required:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer in an enterprise or regulated environment.
  • Strong hands-on development skills including JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow best practices.
  • Experience working across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, or GRC.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering upgrade-safe and well-documented solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Prior experience working within the Financial Services sector is highly regarded.
