Service Integration Manager (SIAM)
We are seeking an experienced SIAM Manager to design and implement a Service Integration and Management (SIAM) model across a complex IT environment.
This role will establish the frameworks, governance, and service management processes required to ensure all internal teams and external suppliers operate within a single, integrated service model. This is a 18-month fixed term contract with the possibility to extend.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a SIAM operating model across IT services
- Establish service management processes (incident, change, problem, SLA)
- Integrate and onboard multiple suppliers into a unified framework
- Define governance, reporting, and performance management structures
- Drive continuous improvement across service delivery and operations
Key Requirements
- Proven experience designing and implementing SIAM or multi-supplier service models
- Strong background in IT service management (ITIL or equivalent)
- Experience working in complex managed service environments
- Ability to establish governance, reporting, and supplier frameworks
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability
