We are seeking an experienced SIAM Manager to design and implement a Service Integration and Management (SIAM) model across a complex IT environment.
This role will establish the frameworks, governance, and service management processes required to ensure all internal teams and external suppliers operate within a single, integrated service model. This is a 18-month fixed term contract with the possibility to extend.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a SIAM operating model across IT services
  • Establish service management processes (incident, change, problem, SLA)
  • Integrate and onboard multiple suppliers into a unified framework
  • Define governance, reporting, and performance management structures
  • Drive continuous improvement across service delivery and operations

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience designing and implementing SIAM or multi-supplier service models
  • Strong background in IT service management (ITIL or equivalent)
  • Experience working in complex managed service environments
  • Ability to establish governance, reporting, and supplier frameworks
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability
