Adelaide Based Role
Initial Contract till June 2026 + Possible Extension

One of our clients is looking for a Service Desk Team Leader to cover the Weekend Shift.
Responsibilities:
- The key outcome for this role is to ensure effective delivery of the operational business support activities of the Services Desk Team.
- The position will take some responsibility for team performance and overseeing the work of team members on a day-to-day basis.
- Providing leadership and support to team members in the triage and resolution of complex or major incidents.
- Effectively managing the escalation of incidents, maintaining ownership of the incident until it is resolved and closed. Taking appropriate escalation actions when resolution times fall outside agreed service standards.
- Proactively developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives and measuring outcomes.
- This shift covers 37.5 hrs a week with Saturday’s and Sundays – 7:00am – 7:00pm and for Monday’s – 8:00am – 5:45pm
