
Service Desk Analyst
- Emergency Services – Ballarat Location
- Contract Until 19th Sep 2025 – Strong Chance of Extension
- Provide email and phone support – On-call rostering
The Role: This position requires an experienced and customer focused Service Desk Analyst to be the first point of contact in a service desk environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct customer support via phone, email, instant messaging or any defined Service Centre communication method.
- Analyse incidents and service requests for correct prioritisation, classification and initial support requirements.
- Provide and maintain a strong customer focus and support services
- Provide support for applications, email and technology services
Skills & Competencies:
- Minimum 12 months as a Service Desk Analyst
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience supporting Microsoft Environment
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, including a personable and professional phone manner
- Experience providing comprehensive first level support for tools and applications for Microsoft Office products
