
Service Delivery Manager - Enterprise Networks
- 12 month ongoing role with the option to convert to permanent
- Set up the Service Delivery capability for an enterprise Network Operation Centre

Our client is currently on the lookout for an experienced Service Delivery Manager with extensive experience in service delivery management with project oversight to ensure the successful design, transition, and handover of operational services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end establishment of Service Delivery and Operational Capability
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risk registers, and dependency maps
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, facilities, security, and suppliers to meet readiness milestones
- Drive and execute Operational Readiness Testing (ORT), including scenario-based testing
- Ensure smooth transition from project delivery into steady-state operations
- Monitor and manage supplier/vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs
- Promote a culture of service excellence, customer focus, and operational discipline
- Establish dashboards, reporting frameworks, and governance mechanisms for ongoing service performance
- Facilitate service performance reviews with internal and external stakeholders
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager within enterprise network operations
- Strong background in project management and service transition
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and vendor management capabilities
- Solid understanding of ITIL4 service management practices – certification would be highly beneficial
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
