Service Delivery Manager
We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of commercial and private cloud solutions. This role involves working closely with customers and providers to ensure service delivery goals are met, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring compliance with security and technology standards. The position is based in ACT or NSW.
Duties:

  • Manage the execution of process and system improvements, including the development and implementation of continual improvement plans.
  • Provide end-to-end management of service delivery, ensuring agreed service levels, security requirements, and quality standards are met.
  • Monitor service delivery performance, collect and report data, and diagnose and resolve service delivery issues.
  • Provide operational direction, support, and guidance to providers, ensuring quality and performance meet agreed criteria.
  • Assist with maintaining a Service Catalogue and associated OLAs and SLAs.
  • Identify and engage with stakeholders, develop communication strategies, and disseminate technical and business information.
  • Ensure compliance with internal security and technology standards, as well as organisational change management processes.
  • Manage incidents from identification to resolution and lead the development of business continuity plans.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Demonstrated experience in business process improvement, customer service support, performance management, service level management, and technology service management
  • Ability to manage innovation processes and service level agreements (desirable).
  • Must be able to obtain Negative Vetting Level 1 security clearance.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
