Job Summary / Overview

The Systems Administrator is responsible for the implementation, management and support of enterprise server and storage infrastructure. This role ensures systems are secure, resilient and highly available to support business operations and technology strategy. You will work across on-prem, virtualised and cloud environments providing advanced technical support.

Key Responsibilities

* Install, configure and maintain Windows and Linux servers
* Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP services
* Optimise server performance and availability through resilience and redundancy
* Implement and maintain enterprise storage and backup solutions
* Manage virtualised platforms including VMware and Hyper-V
* Support cloud and hybrid environments
* Perform patching, updates and security hardening
* Monitor infrastructure and troubleshoot complex issues
* Provide Level 3 support and collaborate with technical teams
Required Qualifications
* Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience
* Extensive experience in server and storage infrastructure roles
* Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux and virtualisation
* Experience with enterprise storage and backup solutions
* Understanding of networking fundamentals
* ITIL service management experience using ServiceNow
