As the UKG Workforce Pro Specialist, you will act as a trusted business advisor on the functional build and optimisation of the UKG solution. You’ll lead configuration activities, provide technical guidance on build options, and ensure compliance with industrial instruments and payroll legislation.

What you’ll do

  • Act as a business advisor on the functional build and configuration of the UKG Workforce Pro solution
  • Partner with Payroll and Time System SMEs to build and maintain UKG configuration workbooks
  • Provide expert guidance on configuration options to meet complex business and industrial requirements
  • Perform functional administration of UKG Pro Workforce Management
  • Develop and configure time and pay rules aligned to Enterprise Agreements, in collaboration with Industrial and Employment Relations teams

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience implementing and administering UKG Pro Workforce Management (Workforce Pro)
  • Strong knowledge of payroll and time & attendance systems
  • Demonstrated experience interpreting and configuring rules aligned to Enterprise Agreements and Awards (Meat Industry highly desirable)
  • Sound understanding of payroll legislation and industrial compliance requirements
  • Experience developing configuration workbooks, user stories, and test cases
