Senior UiPath Developer

We’re seeking an experienced Senior UiPath Developer to join a niche consulting organisation supporting a leading medical company, driving enterprise-wide automation initiatives.

This role offers the opportunity to design and deliver impactful RPA solutions that streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve efficiency across administrative and clinical support functions.

Working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and technology teams, you’ll identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable, high-value solutions that enhance how the organisation operates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy UiPath automation solutions using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator
  • Build and optimise scalable bots for high-volume, rule-based processes
  • Analyse and map business processes to identify and implement automation opportunities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design efficient, reusable automation frameworks
  • Integrate UiPath solutions with enterprise systems (ERP, HR, finance, scheduling)
  • Develop scripts for data extraction, transformation, and processing across systems
  • Conduct testing (unit, integration, UAT) and support deployment into production
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve automation performance
  • Maintain documentation, version control, and adherence to RPA governance standards
  • Contribute to expanding automation capability and supporting a Centre of Excellence (CoE)

Skills and experience

  • Proven experience as a UiPath Developer in enterprise environments
  • Strong knowledge of RPA frameworks, governance, and best practices
  • Experience integrating automation with complex business systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Passion for driving efficiency through technology
